What are you passionate about? We seek leaders to support existing DallasBlue Groups. You not only do good for the community, but you also do good for yourself.
- Position yourself as a leader in the group area.
- Get excellent promotion to thousands of people throughout DallasBlue.
- Network and make new contacts to secure business for yourself or your company.
Overview
Leadership Board Members work with the Group Director to plan and execute meetings and programs for the Group. It typically requires 2-8 hours a month, depending on meetings and the month.

Required
Leadership Board Members should:
- Attend and support staff meetings and teleconferences
- Attend and support group meetings
- Promote group events and programs to business associates and contacts
- Recruit sponsors, business partners, and other resources
Optional
Depending on their schedule and expertise Leadership Board Members can help with:
- Programs
- Marketing
- Membership
- Group outreach
- Member communications
- Other programs and services. These can include fee-based membership programs, Expos, in-depth seminars, joint programs with other groups, consulting and advisory programs, discussion groups and forums, member directories, wikis, charity programs (these can be in consultation with the DallasBlue Volunteers group), etc.
